Set-up Fee & Reconnection Charges for DSL Accounts

There is a set up fee of $95.00 for service. This set up fee will be waived if the customer agrees to a term of twelve months service. A $50.00 modem fee will be applied.  Our DSL customers must use our recommended DSL modems.  Customers are also requried to sign the “Terms and Condition” contract for DSL service.

Can I supply my own modem?

No, you cannot supply your own modem at this time. We must be sure that the modems are compatible with our equipment.

Can I hook up more than one computer to a single DSL connection?

Yes, you can hook up more than one computer to a single DSL connection.

What speed is the DSL connection?

 384 kps.

Is DSL access available everywhere or only within a certain distance from your offices?

DSL is ONLY available in certain locations at this time due to the fact it is distance sensitive.  We are constantly working on extending those boundaries and we ask that you contact us (even if you believe you are too far away) so that we can add facilities as the need develops. Some areas that would appear to be too far away are not  -- so please give us a call.
